We take pride in our ability to turn your job quickly. Our typical turn time is 3-5 days on projects 1,000 pcs or less. CD and DVD projects over 1000 pieces may take 10 days. Days refers to Monday thru Friday and does not include holidays or periods that we are closed. Please note that your computer monitor's calibration affects what you see on your screen. The colors on the printed project may differ from what you see on your screen. PDF proofs are meant only as a general representation of the color on final printed project, but they do show type treatment, trim marks, and trapping. Please review these carefully. Please keep in mind that while we will try our best to match your previously printed project or your color proof, We do not GUARANTEE COLOR MATCHING.

Although we rarely miss production schedules, the printing replication process involves equipment, which is subject to malfunctions and equipment failure. We will always do everything in our power to make sure that any production problems do not delay your job. However, please note that all production and delivery times ARE NOT CONTRACTUAL and no turnaround time can be guaranteed. No verbal or written correspondence by anyone at RepliCopy can change that. Please try to plan date sensitive materials with time to spare. RepliCopy WILL NOT incur additional cost to meet your deadline even if RepliCopy fails to deliver at the stated or anticipated time.

Copyrights: The customer also warrants that the subject matter to be duplicated is not copyrighted by a third party. The customer also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The customer further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold RepliCopy harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided. Therefore the IPR form attached to your quote must be filled out and Delivered to RepliCopy before any work can begin.

Terms of Payment
All prices are F.O.B. Dallas, Texas and are subject to any applicable state and local taxes. Terms are net 30 Days to all established accounts. All non-established accounts are required to prepay with a credit card, check or cash before any work can begin. All past due invoices shall bear interest at the rate of 1 ½ percent per month. If the account is placed for collection, the customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including attorney's fees and costs of court. Customer authorizes RepliCopy to report the status of the account to credit agencies. Should any dispute arise relating to goods or services we provide, Customer agrees that exclusive venue for resolving the dispute will be in Dallas County, Texas.

Passage of Title
Title to all goods and services provided by RepliCopy will pass to customer only upon payment in full of all amounts due for such job. RepliCopy may take immediate possession of the goods provided under the delinquent invoice, regardless of the holder of same. RepliCopy, its officers, directors, shareholders, employers and agents, shall not be held liable for any actual, punitive, consequential, special or other damages resulting from the repossession of the goods hereunder.

Lien on Materials
As security for payment of the account, Customer grants RepliCopy a first and valid lien and security interest in all property of customer held by RepliCopy regardless of the relationship of the property to the indebtedness.

Limitations of Liability
This company respectfully points out that, as its prices are never proportionate to the value of the films, videotapes and other materials entrusted to it, Customer's materials are received, work performed, stored and shipped only at customer's risk and RepliCopy does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to such materials from any cause whatsoever. Customer should, therefore, retain safety copies of and fully insure all materials delivered to this company against all risks. In no event shall RepliCopy be liable for loss or damage of any materials delivered to it by or for the account of customer for any amount in excess of the replacement value of the raw unrecorded videotape involved. RepliCopy will exercise reasonable care and exert its best efforts to produce high-quality work hereunder, but does not make any warranty nor does it assume any responsibility as to the character or quality of the material or service to be furnished or provided by it. Nor as to the results of any of its undertakings hereunder. Without limiting the foregoing in any particular. RepliCopy shall not be held liable for loss of any kind whatsoever due to delays or failure in performance caused directly or indirectly by damage or accident to machinery or equipment, electric power failure, injury or damage to, or loss of, materials delivered to this company by customer, or by any other cause.
