Art files should be at least 360 dpi, and 1/4″ bleeds must be supplied!
Files we can accept are: (.PSD, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, .TIF, .JPG)
Adobe Illustrator CS4 or lower
Mac – Please save all fonts as outline and add file extension for PC
PC – Please save all fonts as outline or include them with the file
Adobe Photoshop CS4 or lower
Mac – Please rasterize all fonts and add file extension for PC
PC – Please rasterize all fonts or include them with the file
Art files requiring a change will incur a graphic design fee.
When possible please provide a color print out on plain white paper. CMYK files preferred, no RGB. Pantone/spot color printing is available, but may be at an additional cost. Contact your customer service representative for details. When using pantone art, pms colors must be listed and provided in the art file.
If your art is CMYK and color matching is a priority we suggest a press proof, additional costs will apply and project lead time will increase. Contact your customer service representative for details.

We are here to aide our customers in their creative process. Our goal is to aide those customers who either don’t have artwork for their project or have some assets and ideas, but really don’t have the time or tools to design their artwork.
